Saaswedo, a French company specializing in sustainable performance management for the corporate Digital Workplace, supports SMEs and ETIs in their telecom inventory management projects, with a managed services offer built around three packages to meet their different needs.
As a long-standing partner of large organizations, Saaswedo has developed market-renowned tools for managing its customers’ digital workplaces, particularly in the telecommunications sector. It is in this context that the publisher wishes to take a new step and enable smaller structures to outsource and industrialize their fleet management through new offerings. Since they rarely have an in-house IT asset manager, small businesses are often unable to effectively manage this time-consuming, complex and constantly evolving area (prices, offers, etc.).
This offer is based on three complementary packages, depending on the size of the project and the demands of the company:
Essential Pack
This first level of service covers the day-to-day management of the telecom inventory (ordering lines, modifying subscriptions, adding options, managing operator lines, etc.). Every trimester, clients receive a comprehensive report giving them access to indicators on the composition, use and cost of their Digital Workplace.
Pro Pack
For this pack, in addition to the elements of the Essential offer, Saaswedo provides users with a management portal that gives an overall view of the telecom inventory and enables the carbon footprint of the equipment used to be measured.
Premier Pack
This level of service includes the first two components presented above, plus a financial analysis to help organizations optimize their costs by rationalizing equipment and usage.
Virginie Thibault, in charge of Saaswedo’s managed services, stated: “Employees are increasingly equipped, with a growing number of terminals and lines. Staff movements require constant monitoring of the installed base, and tedious procedures for taking back terminals, terminating lines, etc., as well as for deploying terminals and applications, dealing with breakdowns and after-sales service, loss, theft, and end-of-life management. Our new outsourcing offer has been created to meet these needs. From a single point of contact, our teams of experts can take charge of all the actions required for the proper management of IT assets”.
