Reducing costs and simplifying the management environment were the objectives of the BPCE banking group, which is made up of no less than 40 companies. Our partner Lucernys, in charge of this mission, deployed mytem360 to map the group’s contracts and lines.Simulations were used to define a reference operator, then to eliminate unnecessary resources and achieve 25% savings. The necessary evolution from local management to a centralized and managed model was accompanied by Lucernys within the different companies of the group.
