The build phase was structured around three major work streams, completed in less than 30 days to ensure service continuity. First, framework workshops with full asset mapping, review of existing repositories, and setup of ordering and asset management processes. Then, solution deployment with platform configuration, functional acceptance testing (UAT), and assembly of the dedicated team. Finally, the definition of roles through a full RACI involving all Eiffage and Saaswedo teams to clarify operational governance.
The run phase orchestrates a recurring seven-step operational cycle: carrier invoice integration, invoice integrity checks, processing request tracking, carrier SLA monitoring and management, after-sales service and expert advice for fleet managers, release management, then regular governance committees with Eiffage teams. This complete cycle, operated by the Saaswedo outsourcing team, guarantees service continuity and daily reliability of the mobile fleet.
Our dedicated outsourcing team orchestrates a complete flow between Eiffage users (Procurement, IT, fleet managers) and the carrier ecosystem: financial control via the carrier extranet (price catalog, invoices, orders), ticketing on the ITSM solution for processing user requests, carrier SLA management with asset and usage tracking, and centralized after-sales service on asset management. The entire process is operated in SPOC (Single Point of Contact) mode by Saaswedo teams.
