Emeis, a specialist group in personal care services, operates primarily in Europe with more than 1,000 sites and 78,000 staff. Its revenue exceeds 5 billion euros, reflecting strong development on a European scale. Saaswedo has supported Emeis’s Digital Workplace Department since 2018 with a dedicated team of 2 specialists in UEM and mobile fleet security, covering a perimeter of 5,500 mobile devices.

The build phase was structured around three key work streams. First, framework workshops with a full audit of client needs, recommendations and rollout of UEM best practices, as well as a detailed analysis of business-specific usages (healthcare professionals, managers, administrative staff). Then, deployment started with a POC (Proof of Concept), followed by integration of deployment programs, end-to-end implementation of the UEM service, device migration, and configuration based on business needs. Finally, the definition of roles through a RACI with strong involvement of Emeis internal teams.
The run phase orchestrates a recurring seven-step operational cycle: UEM license provisioning, day-to-day managed services, dedicated UEM support for users, TAM expertise (Technical Account Management) for technical steering, resource delegation based on needs, operational maintenance of the solution, then regular governance committees with Emeis teams for strategic steering and platform evolution.
Our process follows a proven five-step methodology. First, an analysis of needs and existing systems with Emeis users (Procurement, IT, Business Units, fleet managers). Then system integration and IS connections, followed by solution configuration by usage. Next, a Proof of Concept and consolidation phase. Finally, the deployment campaign across the entire fleet, with strong team involvement at every step. A dedicated Help Desk supports users on a daily basis.
