Groupe BPCE is a leading mutual banking group in France that brings together numerous regional entities and business lines across retail banking, insurance, and asset management. With more than 10,000 employees in the Île-de-France region and a net banking income of 23.3 billion euros, the group is one of the major players in the French banking sector. The project covers a scope of 3,000 sites across the country, 8,000 data lines, and 12 telecom carriers, with a dedicated Saaswedo team of 10 specialists since 2022.

The build phase was structured around three core pillars. First, framework workshops to align stakeholders on operator data collection, asset integration, control rules, budget specifics, and required exports. Then, solution deployment with platform configuration, testing phase, iterative adjustments, full documentation, and training of internal teams. Finally, the definition of roles and responsibilities through RACI constitution to clarify operational governance between BPCE and Saaswedo teams.
The run phase orchestrates a recurring six-step operational cycle: invoice integration from the 12 carriers into the platform, data integrity and consistency checks, automation monitoring of control rules, request and anomaly tracking, management of releases and updates, then regular governance committees with BPCE teams for strategic steering and decision-making. This cycle ensures continuous data quality and responsiveness to changes in the asset base.
The mytem360 platform orchestrates a complete flow between users (Procurement, IT, Finance) and the carrier ecosystem: automated invoice integration via APIs and web services, carrier management with price catalog and invoices, asset management and technical repositories. Financial management enables cost-versus-budget comparison, billing export, and streamlined rebilling to group entities. The entire process is managed by Saaswedo teams in a managed-service mode.
Groupe BPCE now has access to an up-to-date and consistent repository shared across Procurement, IT, and Finance teams. The reduction of errors and omissions has been achieved through automation and the elimination of manual input. The industrialization of the control process has lightened the workload of internal teams and improved invoice accuracy. Decision-making is accelerated thanks to a centralized and structured cockpit offering a consolidated view of the asset base and costs. Finally, internal rebilling between group entities is simplified through a single solution shared by all managers.
Since 2022, the FinOps solution deployed at Groupe BPCE has covered 3,000 sites across France, 8,000 consolidated data lines, and 12 telecom carriers integrated into a single financial cockpit.
